On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is black bread, light coffee, bitter walnut, ripe banana, and caramel. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness. Medium body, with a chalky, drying palate. This is an interesting doppelbock, with a lot more roast than I expected. Pretty tasty.

Taste at Trail's End. Pours a dark, cloudy, yellow color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is papaya, pineapple, brown sugar, rose, and light pine. Sweet and fruity, with a smooth bitterness to finish. Light body, with a fluffy, zesty palate. This is an aromatic, fruity, and tropical IPA. Nice.

Sweet and thick, with a light, savory spice bitterness. Medium body, with a creamy, thick, and sharp palate. This is a fun and pumpkin spice forward beer. Like a pumpkin saison. Pretty good.
