Sample at the winery. Clear, golden color, with a small, bubbly, white head. Beautiful tannins, green apple, pear, and blackberry. Sweet and sugary, with a fun tart flavor. Light and effervescent, with a sticky, acidic finish. Lovely and subtle perry.

On tap at Red Fox. Pours a nice, clear, golden color, with no head. The aroma is orange peel, caramel, syrup, and grass. A bit sweet, with a dry finish, and a touch of bitterness. Light body, with an acidic, slightly astringent mouthfeel. This is a fun, aromatic cider. Nice.

On tap at Red Fox. Pours a clear, greenish color, with some bubbles, but no head. Strong green chilie aroma, with some ginger, green apples, and almonds. Just a bit smoky. Off-dry flavor, and a mild, warming spice. Light body, with a creamy, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a fun cider, and well made.

On tap at Red Fox. Pours clear, with a greenish tint and no head. The nose is light, with notes of vanilla and bosc pears. Fairly dry flavor. Light, crisp, and acidic. This is a nice, mellow, dry perry. Nothing crazy, but well made.
