Copper color with an astringent hop aroma. Very malt forward with mild hop bitterness. Reminds me of a less bitter Dogfish Head IPA.

Color of pink grapefruit juice. Typical funky sour acid aroma. Flavor is sour and tart and briney. Light lime taste at the end along with a mild sweetness to balance. Excellent Gose.

Amber color with quick dissipating head. Cucumber and melon aroma and flavor. Mildly sour acidity with fruit sweetness at the finish. Getting more cucumber than melon taste, mild salt flavor. Needs more acidity.

Reddish brown color with a toast and earthy aroma. Taste is woody, toasted malt with a floral hop bitterness. Missing the usual caramel sweetness of the style to balance. Bitter aftertaste.

Hazy brown color, thick foam, sweet banana Hefeweizen aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt, creamy wheat feel, a little toast and roasted malt. Dry finish.

Dark brown with clingy head. Burnt wood aroma. Flavor is mildly bitter coffee with roasted malt slightly leaning toward a stout with just enough coconut flavor to go with some sweet malt underneath.

Beautiful orange color, no head. Moderate citrus aroma. Flavor has some malt backbone with large bitter hop flavor, grapefruit peel. Leaves a bitter aftertaste typical of IPAs.
