Dark brown with thin lasting head. Toast and coffee aroma. Taste is roasted malt sweetness with a very mild coffee bitterness. Dry, woody finish. Good example of the style.

Amber color with a citrus, fruit, and slight evergreen aroma. Flavor starts with a quick hit of sweet malt and quickly finishes with citrus hop bitterness. Fruity sweet taste right before getting the typical IPA bitter aftertaste. Complex changing flavors.
