Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Cloudy pale yellow with a bit of white foam. Aroma of apples, vinegar, oak, a bit of funk. Tart flavor, kinda acidic, with a light sweetish note, oak, apples, vinegar, a bit of funk. Medium-bodied. A bit too much vinegar, but still pretty nice.

Bottle, very cloudy and just a touch pale yellow color, aroma of ripe fresh apples, leather, vinegar and a funky touch, same apples notes in flavor with vinegar and some metalic notes, quite dry But just a sweetish hint and a light sourness. Very nice, should benefit from bottle age.
