Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick hazy burnt orange in color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark fruity/danky/citrusy hop bitterness with a light hop spice then some citrus zesty hoppiness; light clean malts underneath
Flavor: bittersweet to zesty and subtle spicy blend of the prior noted aromas; bittersweet and zesty finish
Texture: medium bodied, more of a sipper; not as smooth as other NEIPA's I've had and then there's the hop burn and that's some hop burn - sad to say
Overall: lovely aromas and about middle on the flavors but if they can get this hop burn controlled (smoothed out), I bet this could be a banger of a NEIPA.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to amber color with a subtle transparency about it closer to the sides; one and a quarter fingers of white foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: bright citrusy, lemony and piney hoppy scents up front with a mild malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly bittersweet; nice clean finish of the citrusy & lemony hops
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium; some light sesionability about this one; good carb to this beer; some smoothness but also light hop bitterness (nothing overbearing)
Overall: probably one of my favorites from this brewer and definitely leans towards the West coast styled IPA.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy and piney hoppiness, light hop spice in the middle and clean malts down under
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a bittersweet to semi-spicy sort of way; finishes semi-spicy with a light hop bitterness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue but also a light hop sting
Overall: not a bad AIPA, it might need a little revision in the recipe to clean up some of the feel but the rest of it seems to be tracking

On tap at Bear Naked Growler, Montpelier, VT.
Appearance: bronzed copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some sly lace
Aroma: light grassy/citrusy hops, some clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-bittersweet; light finish of citrusy to grassy hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop assertiveness
Overall: nice enough AIPA worthy of coming back to.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: pours dark brown but leaves more of a black color with a three finger eggshell white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasted dark malts, subtle coffee, ash, toast, smoky and some earthy tones
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas to a roasty to bitter quality; finishes somewhat earthy and ashy
Texture: medium bodied, not really sessionable but not exactly a sipper and I believe that's what leads me to believe the ashiness was a bit drying and distracting on the tongue
Overall: the brewer says it's a "lightly smoked porter" when in reality, the smoke came off more like ash mostly.

Sampled at Bear Naked. Pours a hazy straw yellow with white head. Very perfumey nose, fruity pebbles and honey, some berry. What? Flavor has vanilla and breakfast cereal, some cucumber? Really odd. Finishes watery. What is this? 5 3 5 2 8
