3oz pours from a bottle at Scion Cider. Pours clear dark copper, no head but has legs. Figs, carmalized caramel, floral, sweet honey, Damn, I could sip on this all night.

On tap at Scion. Strange to get an 8% drink on tap in Utah. It would be nice to get beer like this. Pours clear light yellow with a small white head. Apples, citrus zest, mild tart, pear. Very good
