Pint at the brewery - clear light amber - clean malt structure of crusty bread, light caramelized malt richness - light bitterness and a bit of spice - clean, bready malt finish - it’s really nice, actually.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear light golden with a small white head, light lacing. Fresh coffee, doughy, straw. Just enough coffee to give it some flavor. Good, refreshing.

8 ounce at the brewery - nearly black pour - flavors of tamarind, dark chocolate, vanilla, prune, maraschino cherry - quite sweet, but tempered somewhat by a finishing, almost tannic acidity - still winds up getting kind of cloying - very warming finish, tasting a bit like a whiskey cocktail at the end - pretty good, just a little rough.
