Description
La Endemica Galapagos is our nano brewery located in the Galapagos Islands. We aim to do really good beer and be very respectful with the great environment that surrounds us. Our bottles and crates are returnable and we use local crafters for any supply whenever possible.

Malty sweet dark roast. Jet brown with a small beige head. Dark roast and bitter toast. Coffee is there but behind the roast.

Bottle. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is halitosis (not the horrible one though), corn, roast. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is cereal, corn, wet farts. Taste is cereal, corn. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Meh.
