(swing top bottle, 75cl) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Herbal-swpicy and distinctively resiny hoppy aroma with biscuity malt, notes of caramel and a subtle fruity touch in the background. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Balanced bready and bisdcuity cara-malty taste with a good dash of herbal, resiny and slightly grassy hops as counterpart; lingering sweet-bitter finish with hints of bread and caramel in the aftertaste. Rounded more-ish brew with “old world” hops. 08.IX.15

On tap at ’Bergmann Kiosk’. Clear, dark amber with a thin, creamy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, malty aroma of caramel, honey, nuts and some raisins. Rather sweet, malty taste of caramel, nuts, some honey and hints of raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, although I don’t get the promised hops.

Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty taste of dark chocolate, some coffee, cinnamon, molasses and licorice, followed by a medium long, roasty-bitter, chocolaty finish. Medium to full body, creamy to sticky mouthfeel, flat. Very nice!

Bouteille: Hazy, orangey-golden coloured, loose ’n stable off-white head; grassy-herbal hops in the bitter-sweet nose, caramelly and fruity zraces detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy, lingering and quite well balanced bitter-sweet finish. A nice session Bier, but a bit disappointing…

0,75l for 8,99€ from Rudat...Malty-floral nose. The beer starts grainy sweetish. The hops are far away in the background. Sweetish and easy to drink, hints of metal, worth, darker malt. The aftertaste is round and smooth, hints of floral hops there, not too deep but round and smooth. For a Bock nice, but for a hoppy beer - what it wants to be - very sad.
