They made a new label design. Great. The aroma is as it was back in ... However: grains, corn, grass. herbs. Nothing new still it strikes in. Satisfying medium body. Oh it’s quaffable. Softly sweet taste. Plenty of Saaz hops in the ending. The balance is excellent. Good brewer job indeed.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours dark brown with a thin, short-lived off-white head. Coffee and cream aromas, alongside a metallic note. Some chocolate. Taste has good medium roasted bitterness, and some more creamy sweetness. Good mouthfeel. Enjoyed it well enough.

The new lable is much better I guess. Brown colour, one finger tall frothy head becoming a film then. Aroma of liquorice, caramel, roast, a hint of butter. Light to medium body. The density is exciting looking at the ABV. The mild sweetnes in flavour is blended with medium hoppy bitterness. The finish is hoppy enough and it’s pretty long. Later it grows to the similar aftertaste. Why didn’t I notice the pearl? The revisiting of this stuff is really a surprise.

Dark Brown, Almost No Head, Spotty Lacing. Slight Toasted Aroma. Sweet Toasted Malt, Reminds me of Raisins, Light Toasted Bitter Finish. Rather thin Body, not Syrupy or Cloying. At 4.4% ABV, probably the lightest dark beer ever. Therefore easily Drinkable, Refreshing and Enjoyable. Its Like Kvass that has some Alcohol. Would like to try it fresh. I’d say pretty good and would like to recommend it but scared to do it. There are no production or best before dates, so you can;t tell if it is fresh or two year old skunky drain pour. Try it at your own risk.

Cloudy Orange Color, Small Head, Scarce Spotty Lacing. Malty, Slightly Sweet, Buttery Oily, Some bitter Finish. Just a Slight Alcohol aftertaste. Seems to be another past due date, although it is not as bad as other one that I just tasted the other day. Pass it...

Muddy Dark Yellow, Medium Head, Some Lacing. Malt, Some Hops, unpleasant bitter finish. Must be out of date. Seeing who is distributor, it is not that surprising. Pass It...

16oz bottle. Hazy orange-honey color with no head to speak of. Rather disgusting, factory putrid metal tinged aroma. Not really a drinkable beverage. Cheap, factory nastiness.

Amber colour, lasting thick head. Medium body. Quaffable. Aroma: roast, candy, butter. Taste: balance of sweet & bitter. Diacetyl is not critically roaring. Minimal touch of alcohol. Quite good.
