(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet bready malty aroma with notes of marzipan, woody and slightly herbal hops, as well as traces of alcohol. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready and slightly sugary malty taste with notes of butter and a tinge of woody hops. Sweet and shy bitter malt-accented finish with traces of alcohol. Okay but not particularly demanding. 08.IX.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and bready malty aroma with buttery and slightly draffy accnts, combined with woody hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Buttery pale malty taste with bready notes and shy herbal accents; malt-accented sweet-bitter finish with slightly alcoholic as well as woody hoppy notes. Would work as a GDR Bock. 09.VIII.10

Bottle. Clear golden with a medium white head. Bread, citrus, grass and some diacetyl. Dry, not that much carbonation. Ok, but nothing spectacular.
