Pours cloudy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peat, caramel, green apples and cooked vegetables. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with an average peat, apples and cooked vegetable finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the taproom. Brown, unclear, with a small light beige head. The aroma is mostly smoked, with caramel and nuts. Roasted, nutty and smoked flavor, a faint bitterness too. Medium body. Some caramel and nuts in the end, bitterness too. Definitely the best of the four. 130814

On tap at the taproom. Hazy amber body and a light beige head. Some DMS, roasted mostly, and a touch of dried fruits. Dry on the palate, pleasant carbonation. DMS, roasted malts and some dried fruits, pleasant bitterness. Roasted finish. A tad better than the 002 edition. 130814

On tap at the taproom. A more or less clear one, amber in color, topped by a small, beige head. Lacings. DMS and green apples on the nose, roasted hints. Some bitterness in the flavor, less DMS and acetyldehyde than in the aroma. Some roasted notes too. Medium body, quite dry. Short roasted finish. Not very successful. 130813
