Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish, awesome soft feel. Awesome Citra, Mosaic, Mandarina Bavaria profile. Very juicy and lightly dank/earthy hops; great wheat/oat/malt balance; mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

Aromas of huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, molasses, toffee, raisin, prune, fig, date, licorice, roasted nuts, and toasted dark bread; with lighter notes of smoke, charcoal, leather, tobacco, herbal, grass, pepper, pine, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/black/roast/bready malts, fruity yeast, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, molasses, toffee, raisin, prune, fig, date, licorice, roasted nuts, and toasted dark bread; with lighter notes of smoke, charcoal, leather, tobacco, herbal, grass, pepper, pine, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate pine, herbal, grassy, peppery hops; and roast/charcoal bitterness on the finish. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/black/roast/bready malts, fruity yeast, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great hop/char bitter/sweet balance; and no cloying, acrid, astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering hop/char bitterness. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky/chalky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 10%. Overall this is a fantastic Russian imperial stout! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/black/roast/bready malts, fruity yeast, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV with the modestly bitter/charred/drying finish. Not overly bitter/drying on hops/char. Amazing balance of super rich malt and fruity yeast; with nice earthy hop presence against sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Very classic tasting all around.

Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, peppery bitterness on the finish. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.2%. Overall this is an excellent Brut IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the moderately bitter/resinosu/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Probably El Dorado/Lemondrop. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; solid pale malt backbone, with no residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

12 oz can. Pours black with a light tan head. Creamy, roasty, smoky coffee aroma. Flavor has smoky, roasty coffee, dark cocoa, at times more dark fruit, again a certain creaminess to it. Kind of a smoky molasses impression overall. Quite tasty.
