Een heerlijke pils van de tap inde ÜberQuell brouwerij in Hamburg. Helaas mogen wij er maar een half uur blijven, niet gereserveerd, zaterdagavond, maar een fijne ambiance om een helder, fris pils van de tap te drinken.

Draught 33cl. @the source. Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, orange, some caramel, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, bit fruity. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, nice.

8/9/2023. Bottle from Matthias, cheers. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, hoppy, citrus, floral, grass, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, a little fizzy. Likeable.
