330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark amber colour with small to average, creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally toasty, caramel malty and minimally spicy aroma, hints of allspice, ginger, clove, aniseed, nutmeg, whiffs of cinnamon. Taste is minimally sweet, minimally toasty, caramel malty, slightly spicy, hints of ginger, clove, aniseed, a touch of nutmeg, allspice.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well known composition of spices, but rather cautious and almost a tad monotonous - OK.

0,33 l bottle. BB 14.10.26. Cloudy pale amber in the glass, small light tanned head. Intensive sweet christmas herbs on the nose, mainly anis and cardamom. Taste is less herbal, more on the malty side with orange fruity elements. Anis and cough drops in the background. Low carbonation. Enjoyable stuff if you are in the right mood.

Bottle supposedly good until 2027. Improperly sealed bottle. The lid opens without the expected hiss and the contents prove to be flat. Any carbonation here is long gone. At least there’s no sign of infection. Dark brown with no head. Chocolate cake aroma. Taste is moderate sweet with a fruity, slightly bitter taste at the back. Seems like this would have been a good one. Medium bodied, flat and lifeless throughout. Big disappointment.

Bottle from Gabriel - Cheers! 🍻🍻🥳🥳
Spotty beige head on a still dark brown coloured body.
Chocolate, honey & malt aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth thinning out to a clean back.
Chocolate, toffee, malt, nutty & sweet berry tastes.
Too sweet.

Bottle, 7.3%. Distinct spicy cookie aroma, cinnamon and something else. Bastogne biscuit. Dark brown colour. Fizzy light brown head. The flavour is sweetish and citric with a clear note of spicy cookies and cinnamon. The acidity puts me off a bit because is reminds me of infected beer.
