250ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Vinous fruity and slightly woody aroma, slightly starchy, pale malty background, hints of red wine, blue grape juice, a touch of bramble, whiffs of cocoa; minimally doughy yeasty and fishy overtones, a touch of glue as well. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, slightly woody and vinous fruity, hints of red wine, blue grapes, bramble, a touch of cocoa, oak, fruit acid; again a fishy effect of shellfish due to the added bramble. Watery texture, rather indifferent, minimally dry and maybe a tad astringent palate, medium, scattered, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Yes, pimped. But a pimped nothing primarily remains a nothing - ornamented vacuum.

Dark, dirty brown with lots of floaters. Frothy, beige head that lingers. Hoppy, almost bipa aroma. Pine, a bit fruity, faint chocolate. Taste is bitter to bittersweet, a mix of resin and cacao powder. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Pleasant, creative. Nice sipping.

Bottle, 4.8%. Aroma of light malt and paper, hay and grass. Almost clear pale yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is less complex than the aroma. Some bread, a rustic bitterness, good malt backbone.
