Bottle from the brewery: pours orange with a small head. aroma is barrel, dark fruitiness, vanilla. Taste is somewhat boozy, sweet. A little interesting. Not bad.

Brown with a thin, frothy head of modest duration. Interesting and pleasant aroma promises pineapple, papaya and caramel. With the first sip woodsmoke comes into the mix. Taste is mildly sweet with a low-level, burnt bitterness at the back. Medium-bodied, mildly watery texture, not chewy enough for my liking. Pleasant and creative brew, but doesn’t meet the sum of its parts.

As ÜberQuell Schubidu Imperial Stout. 0.33 l bottle from BierLaden Berlin, shared with little Dina and Fates_11. Malty aroma: chocolate, nutty and lightly toasty. Bittersweet roasty flavour, balanced. Medium body, soft carbonation, quite smooth.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Herbal-grassy, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, hints of nettle, sorrel, lemon balm, some protein. Taste is minimally biscuity, pale malty, herbal-grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of sorrel, nettle, lemon balm, some protein. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, foamy to creamy, soft carbonation. Mild, harmonious, drinkable, very nice mouthfeel, profits from non-filtration - pretty decent.

Bottle, wegbier über den River-kasematten. Bottle is brown, oaty, light cheesy, light bready, dead yeast, medium body, sticky chewy.

Bottle über den Riverkasermatten, Wegbier. Herbal. It's a rather sticky flat and slightly fruity Pils with herbal and perfume.

Tap in the Überquell Biergarten. Purple, pink head. Berry, light rosehip, medium light body, dry, sparkly, quick berry finish. A bit meh.

Tap at ÜberQuell. Murky red brown. Fruit juice nose. Taste is cherry fruit juice, with a sliiiiight tart sticky aftertaste. Another one of those sour ales that really would work better with a different name.

Almost clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of white grapes, mild sourness, caramel. Taste of oaked pale malt, grapes, mild tartness.

Clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of strong riped fruits, caramel, honey, grapes. Taste of vanilla, dried fruits, wood, caramel.
