Taster at the brewery's tapyard. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- some dark fruit, plum, really nice chilli peppers tones. FLAVOR- dry, slightly bitter, almost no chilli hot, but very nice paprica flavor, some plum and white and red currant. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Taster at the brewery's tapyard. Cloudy, dark red to very dark brown colored. AROMA- creamy, coffee, chocolate bonbons. FLAVOR- creamy, dry, moderately bitter, roasted, coffee, oats, earthy. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Taster at the brewery's tapyard. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- fruity, citrusy, peach, tropical fruit, touch of cake crumb, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, dry and bitter finish, fruity again, woody, cake crumb. Medium bodied. Good.

Taster at the brewery's tapyard. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- fermented, a bit citrusy, kombucha, nice hoppy tones. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, slightly sour, lightly bitter, citrusy, woody hops, kombucha tones. Medium bodied. Very good.

Some decent malt and some caramel. Light nut. Good balance. Pours dark mahogany with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish with a little booze. Bottle at Yucatan Craft Beer Festival.
