Taste: medium sweet still somewhat watery. roast, chocolate cookies, coffee, cream. hop. Light still astringent ending bitterness. Mouth feel: light plus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: a basic milk stout with lacking body.

Appearance: cloudy ochre yellow, decent head. Aroma: faint pineapple, some citrus fruit, additional malt. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter, fruity, tropical. Almost juicy. Pronounced hoppy ending. Palate: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Overall: something between NEIPA and standard IPA. Drinkable enough.

Appearance: misty amber with a moderate white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: fresh and candied citrus fruit, ale yeast esters, light spruce, floral and grassy hints. Taste: medium sweet malty start, fruity mid, hoppy ending. Grapefruit, grass, spruce. Light to medium bitterness. Palate: medium body & carbonation. Overall: rather basic, does not really show the proclaimed 80 IBU.

Look: cloudy reddish gold with a small white head of low retention. Aroma: nice spices including basil and coriander, tomato juice, chili, distant wheat and salt. Taste: medium hot chili, tomato juice, basil, salt, coriander. Palate: light body. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: decent, I would ask for somewhat thicker body to balance the pepper.

Appearance: hazy reddish orange colour with a small and instantly diminishing head. Aroma: pickled tomato, pepper, coriander, basil, savory. Taste: sweetish tomato juice, tomato pickle, coriander, distant wheat bread, pepper. Moderately hot. Virtually no bitterness. Palate: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Overall: good and balanced tomato gose.
