Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Cloudy-murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of wort, a bit of paper, yeast, overripe fruitiness, a bit of bread. Sweetish flavor, slightly tart, yeasty, with wheat, fruitiness, bread, some spiciness, grains, and a slightly bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Quite amateurish, but could be worse.
