Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark, ruby color, with a small, frothy, beige head. The aroma is vanilla, cream, lime, tart cherries, and caramel. Very tart, with a syrupy sweetness. Light to medium body, with a silky, acidic mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice kettle sour.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, fine, beige head. The aroma is juniper, caramel, ginger, brown sugar, and a bit of salt. Sweet and malty, with a sharp bitterness. Medium body, with a hard, grainy feel. This is a strange and spicy beer, but pretty enjoyable.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a light, hazy, orange color, with a small, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is cloves, biscuit dough, straw, and some cream. Sweet and yeasty, without any misplaced bitterness. Light body, with a smooth, lightly acidic, and crisp mouthfeel. This is a nice, well spiced witbier. No unfortunate overhopping, as too many American breweries feel the need to do.

Tulip at the brewery - brewery with cherries, the earthiness of the fruit comes through nicely here, adding a nice acidity - perhaps because of its lower abv, it's not sticky sweet like many versions of the style - there's some dry cocoa in the background, and even a little smoke - not really true to style (I would not guess it blind), but it's a fairly good dark fruited Belgian.

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Brown-amber color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of fruit, malt and spice. Medium body with flavors of chai spice, yeast and fruit. The finish is mildly spicy with a ginger and clove aftertaste. Decent overall.
