Sampled at the Manitou Wine Festival. The nose is strong honey, with a distinct vinous character, like chardonnay. Semi-sweet, with a good, dry finish. Heavy body, creamy, sticky, and chewy. This is a nicely dry mead, and surprisingly complex and tasty.
