Sampled at the Manitou Wine Festival. The aroma is strong cinnamon and cloves. Very sweet, but mellowed by the heavy spicing. This is a great addition, and makes for a nice, Christmasy, variation.

Sampled at the Manitou Wine Festival. Very sweet, with some good clover and wildflower notes. Light, creamy, crisp, and clean. This is a pretty solid, straightforward mead.
