Sampled at the Estes Park Winter Festival. Pours a pale yellow. The nose is cloves, butterscotch, and oaked white wine. Fairly sweet, with no bitterness or sourness. Light to medium body, creamy, and smooth. This is a delicious, vinous, and very interesting mead.

Sampled at the Estes Park Winter Festival. Pours a light, clear yellow. The nose is wildflower honey, with some of the character of chardonnay. A bit dry, especially for a mead, with no off flavors. Light, crisp body, and clean. This is a simple and relatively tasty mead.
