Poured from the tap at the vineyard. Slightly hazy medium golden yellow with minimal white head. Strong apple cider quality, influence of the T Noble Late Harvest barrels is noticeable. Hops is almost completely hidden. Tastes more like a cross between a sour and a cider than an IPA. Very light body.
