Bottle, mercî Quack-Duck. Hazy dark amber, lowish offwhite head. Light juicy malt nose. Juicy berrylike chewy malt base, light sparkly, fruity caramel, a bit honey roast, citric and grape-like hop finish. Very pleasant.

Fläschle (...großen Dank am See!): Pale golden, hazy, medium-sized and quite stable white head, moderately sweet pale-malty nose with distinctive traces of citric and herbal to woody hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, even though a bit fizzy, all in all pretty smooth; lingering fresh malty and citric-hoppy finish. Yes! A very well crafted Bier...
