Fläschle: (Dank am See!): Golden, hazy to cloudy, slowly collapsing creamy white head, moderate sweetish-sourish nose of wheat, but dominated by - unfortunately - (necrotic?) yeast; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, both soft and fizzy, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter-yeastg finish with some balancing sweet wheat malt. Needs some improvement...

Pours a light amber color. Aroma and taste are malty, fruits, caramel, light citrus hops. Light-medium body.

Fläschle (Dank an's Schwäbische Meer!): Golden, hazy, creamy and stable off-white head, mild to moderate yeasty and spicy piney-fruity nose; nearly moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, creamy MF; spicy and "woody" sweet-bitter finish. Good, but could be less "woody"...

bottle from the Markant supermarket next to the brewery. Deep golden with a fluffy white head. Fruity nose. Malty start, quite light-bodied with nice malty flavours and some good fruity hops. Lively carbonation.
