Fles gekocht bij de brouwerij. Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht fruitig zoet met iets van zwarte bessen, wat gedroogde fruit en wat lichte rook. Goed bier!

bottle from local Edeka. Golden yellow, mid-sized and stable white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma. Light-bodied, good malty base, lots of citrusy and slightly grassy hops. Rather low carbonation.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass deep black, almost no head. Intense malty roasty-herbal aroma. Starts intense malty, roasty, dry. Notes of pepper, some herbs, light salty notes. Background with some chocolate and caramel. Warming-malty finish. Nice!

Fläschle (…vom See!): Hazy, deep golden, smaller and stable white head, moderate sweetish malty nose with a delicate herbal-hoppy background; moderate, as well, sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, very fizzy; slightly lingering malty-caramelly finish with herbal hops in the aftertaste. Good, but way too fizzy…

Licht troebel geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van graan en wat sinaasappel. Heel smaakvol voor een Helles.
