Draught @ Fürstliches Brauhaus Regensburg, Waffnergasse 6-8, 93047 Regensburg, Oberpfalz/Bayern, Germany.Hazy - murky medium to dark orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grass, moderate yeasty, banana, chlorine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. To much yeast and banana in the flavor IMO. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090703]

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy dark brown, creamy head. Aroma of ripe banana. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with dense mouthfeel. Lightly roasty with caramel and lingonberry. SImplistic and limp malt character. Lacking finesse and anything that makes it refreshing.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, creamy hed. Aroma of perfumy overripe banana. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with butter, wheat and banana as well as light lemon. Dense and sweet, which heavily reduces the thirst quenching qualities.

Draught at the brewpub. Murky dark brown, faint head. Roasty malt surface as earth, coffee and cranberries, Mid-sweet with light body and cleanmouthfeel. lacks depth and everyting that makes beer in this region special. Some unpleasant garbage lingers on a distance instead of bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy pale golden, almost no head - looks awful! Grassy nose with rubber behind. Dry and slim with some unpleasant garbage esters. hard, clean and simplistic mouthfeel provides no refuge from the vague off flavours. How can this happen in Bavaria?

Sort of red-tinged chestnut colour. Cloudy. Funny, smells watery with light toastiness. Very thin, only a slight hint off either toast or wheat. Not at all brewed to the calibre of the pale. Watery, empty finish.

Hazy yellow-orange. Apple aroma with light banana and yeast. Almost fresh-tasting. Light wateriness helps it go down. Light wheat, acidity, hints of banana and marshmallow.

Draught (at the brewpub): Golden, hazy, small, slowly diminishing white foam; sweet, malty, "green" nose with a cellary touch; mainly sweetish flavour, light bodied, fizzy MF; cellary, musty, mushroom-like touch in the sweet-bitter finish. Another german Hausbrauerei swill, no reason to drink it again.......
