Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.

We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Poured from the tap @ Pure Project. Lightly hazed gold with small white head. Mild oak, nelson, kiwi, and quince, buggy and dry, decent.

Poured from the tap @ Pure Project. Clear-ish blonde gold with small white head. Lots of dank tangy nelson hops, light biscuit malt. Decent.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits an opaque glowing gold colored body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up lemon and lime heading into a blend of orange, tangelo and a bit of mango. The taste delivers a blend of soft sweet mango and then tangier orange and tangelo. This works pretty well as there's soft sweet to tangy citrus hop bitterness and it's steers clear of being too sweet.

Tap at Gourmet Haus. Pours clear light gold. Off white head and moderate, silky patterns. Aroma is dank and melon. Flavor is overt dank and melon, pineapple fruit.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Near med body. Juicy but not really sweet. Moderately bitter. Flavor is citrus and also suggests Persian melon. Maybe mango too. Decent flavor, tho not all that strong.
