Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.

We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Pretty cloudy orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super dank, hoppy, pineapple, cheesy touch, bit fruity, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of sticky hops, fruity, sweet, lactose, pineapple, mango, bubble gum, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: very sweet, bubble gum, pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit, soft bitterness, more fruit, nice one!

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours murky with a partially lacing creamy white head. Aroma is tropically dank/juicy. Med + body. Flavor is tropically dank/juicy. Juicily undry; not particularly bitter. Very tasty stuff.

Keg at The Ginger Man. Milky golden body with a medium off-white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of custard creams, apricot and hay. Flavour of orange, sharp grapefruit and flower petals. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Fruity with a sharp edge. Nice.
