Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, hazelnut, cocoa nibs, maple syrup, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is light heavy sweet and modderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, bourbon, cinnamon, hazeknut, cocoa nibs. On tap at great notion brewing Portland. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is big coffee roast malts chile and more coffee. Taste is great big coffee roast some peppers, it leaves a little pepper heat on the tongue.

On tap great notion brewing Portland. Pours out a crisp golden no head. Nose is apple sweetness some tart rhubarb. Taste is more of the sweet apples tart notes of the rhubarb helps balance it out.

On tap at great notion brewing Portland. Pours out golden with no head. Nose is sour wild funk not close to saison at all. Taste is cheese sour notes barrel very nice, but sorry for the low rate not even close to a saison sorry.

On tap at great notion brewing Portland. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops citrus mango. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit hops and a light grain.
