Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.

We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

On tap at great notion brewing Portland. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops citrus mango. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit hops and a light grain.

Taster at Great Notion. Pale golden, aroma is apples. Rhubarb not too evident . Mostly apples. Mild tart.

On tap at Great Notion Brewing Portland. Pourse out hazy dishwater Golden Top with a white head. Nose is citrus some grass hops and bread malts. Taste is more of the citrus hops hay notes and some wheat grain.

Taster at Great Notion. Orange golden, flat pour. Mild fruity aroma, some yeast. Taste gets funky and tart. Taste, peaches, apricots. Thin, sweet.

Taster at Great Notion. Dark and black, not too thick no head. Aroma is coffee, roasty, burnt toast. A bit boozy. Taste is bitter, equal parts coffee and roast malts. Lingers , heat too.

Taster at Great Notion. Hazy, yellow, small fluffy head. Aroma is like sweetened cereal, coconut, vanilla. Taste brings some fruit, piney hops. Still some cereal notes. No evidence of. the high ABV

Taster at Great Notion. Hazy pale golden, light citrus, fruity aroma. Taste is a but more dry, mild pucker. Fruity, hoppy.

Tap@Mikkeller Vik, Copenhagen Pure Project TTO (17/11/2017) - amber coloured pour with white ringed head. Sweet malty with some nice apple prominence coming through, very sweet but not cloying, reminiscence of apple pie, medium body, with more apple and some nice warming spices into the finish.
