Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.

We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Sample at Hops & Pie during the "GABF Week, CSA Portfolio Tasting" on 10/04/2017. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, herbal hop and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at barrel republic pours out pink color topped with a sma head. Nose is rose some earth notes spice and wet grain. Taste is more of the light rose notes spice and a berry sweet malt.

Draft pour at Aslin's 2 year anniversary event. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes. Tastes of lemon citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.
