Pink head, fast gone over deep cardinal red beer. Nice, intense red fruit nose with vanilla. Strawberry/raspberry ice cream. Seriously sour, nearly ripe raspberry, raspberry leaves, ribes, blackcurrant. Acidthinning, light acidburn, refreshing, light body. Surprisingly good. For the warned: the pastry is in the nose, not in the mouth.

Tastes refreshing citrusy, tropical fruity and grainy with smooth mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Weak starter of the week…
