EB:23/08/2018 Tap@Brewskival 2018 - Medium sour citrus fruity and wheaty, light malt, yeast, tart fruity finish. Tart raspberry fruity prominence, berry fruit, some faint licorice, medium body, some bretty undertones into the raspberry fruity close.

Can, courtesy of Nisse666, shared at home. Pours murky burgundy with no head. Nose is raspberry, cherry, cranberry and vanilla. Taste is raspberry, sour cherry and cranberry again with hints of vanilla. It's highly acidic, in fact borderlines too much, but works. Closes with a sour, fruity finish, has a light body and soft to avergae carbonation.

Can at Hopa. Deep burgundy pour with a pink head. Nose is lots of tart berries, some sour cherry and a faint touch of vanilla. Taste is jammy berries, mainly blueberry and a touch of strawberry with a hint of vanilla. Closes with a long lasting, somewhat dry and rather sour finish, has a light body and soft carbonation. A decent, refreshing sour ale, but it’s not even close to my image of a pastry sour.

Can at home, courtesy of Nisse666. Pours a somewhat murky red with an off-white head. Nose is raspberry, licorice, some vanilla. Taste is mid-to high sourness, showing raspberry, licorice, a candy character. Closes with a moderately dry finish and some raspberry with a hint of vanilla, has a light body and average carbo. Not bad at all, but kindof one dimensional really. Thanks for sharing Thomas!

aroma of red berries , raspberries, strawberries, somewhat sweet notes, like berry jam. Flavor is tart and sour beer, with notes from the red berries, but the tartness and surness is i total control. Pretty good sour.

can aroma of ripe oranges and booze. flavor is very sour, a bit like lacto or bacteria sour, also citrus fruits. also notes of vinegar and thus notes similar to belgain brune.

can Aroma is tons of red berries aroma, some milk, sour malts. Flavor is stingy citrussy sour with a red berry base. I can taste the fizzy lemon candy, this is SO odd, but certanly sour. decent very tart sour, mostly citrussy but you can sense the berries too.

Hazy pink, large light pink head Aroma of fresh raspberries, tart beer. Flavor is milky , raspberries, licorice.

(Can) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, elderflower and nectarines. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, elderflower, gooseberries and white bread. Not really any bitterness. Light body, dry. Refreshing and tasty, with a nice elderflower character. Very nice.
