Can. As We Wish... It's an unlcear orange-brown beer with a dense beige head. The aroma is sour-fruity and coffee-ish with some dark dried fruits and dark malts. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and lightly sourish on the palate, nicely carbonated and with a gentle bitterness. The flavor has coffee dominating, with caramel hints, dark dried fruit and lightly roasted malts. Medium length finish. Nice intentions, but I don't think the sourness works well here. 231115

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, some cardboard and mild chalky and herbal tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, grassy and some earthy and bready tones. Very pleasantly balanced.

Draught. Orangeish red colour with a somewhat big pinkish-white head, that leaves some foamy. Aroma is cherries, some floral, berryish and mild earthy tones. Flavour is a bit funky, some cherries, mild floral and citrus tones with some earth too. A bit yeasty tones. Wild yeast started going off?
