Description
Divine Barrel Brewing is a community-oriented brewery nestled in the vibrant NoDa neighborhood of Charlotte. We love “clean” beer of all varieties and strive to keep a diverse taplist, great music, and a wonderful experience so that all can imbibe in a comfortable setting. We have a strong focus on wood fermented and barrel aged wilds, sours and anything else that captivates us. Employing the use of oak foeders, wine, and spirits barrels, time lets us know when each beer is ready. Our ultimate goal is to inspire beer drinkers everywhere with creative and approachable beers.

The Black IPA is a classic example of a beer I was grumpy about when it was a trend years ago and now I actually like and seek out since it's rare. Guilty as charged. Good roast, sharp pine, coffee. Black pour with good mocha head. Bitter end. Great for style. Can.

Dark brown in color with a small head. Aroma is like a regular porter with not much marshmallow or graham cracker and a hint of peanut butter. Taste is also like regular porter with not much marshmallow or graham cracker and a hint of peanut butter.
