Bottle split at the Level 6 Xmas Bash, can't recall where I picked this up, 15/12/22. Rhubarb red to pink with a light crimson cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, damp wood, funk, berry pips, grape must. Taste comprises grape skins, sour tropical notes, wine nip, oak, balsa wood, hedgerow, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Tidy well nuanced sour.
