Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - cheers! Pours unclear ruby-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, berries, salty sweat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tart and quenching to finish, more tart berries, some toasted wood, decent acidity. Not bad.

Craft Beer Junction. Xmas bottleshare. Hazy pinky cherry beer, decent pale pinky apricot colour head. Light and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Tart fruits over a thin malt base. Tart limey gueze. Light dry finish. Fine.

Bottle, 75cl. A minimalistic white head sits on top of an unclear reddish-golden body. Fruity, berryish aroma with a light doughy maltyness, some funk and grapes too. It’s full-bodied, tart, dry and nicely carbonated. Fruity, berryish flavor with with grapes, vinegar notes and hints of cucumber. Lasting finish with funk, berries and some grapes. Not super-complex this one, but sure delicious. 231125
