Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy dark reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty dry red grape skins, gentle funk and a touch of elderberries. Flavour is acidic as hell, with bone dry grape must, light oak, and red berries. Bone dry and acidic finish. Too acidic.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus zest, black berries and some floral notes. Flavour is acidic, with lots of acidic blackberries and citrus. Way too acidic. Harsh and difficult.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings bright stone fruit, light wild bugs, and oak. Flavour is apricoty, with acidic stone fruits, oak, and some bugs. Acidic finish, a bit too much so. Decent.
