Cloudy red colour. Medium berry aroma. Rather dry but not weak; moderate acidity; berry juice; there is no depth or complexity.

Leafy berry notes with some dough. Clearish red with a small white head. Soured berry and a bit jagged without much finesse.

Purplish and with a bit of haze. There's a prominent blueberry aroma, with a bit of acetone. Big sourness on the palate, with some blueberries as well but huge sourness. Not much subtlety, just a big puckering sourness, with a fresh fruit character. I like the fruit, but I wouldn't call this balanced or refined.

750mL bottle, pours a murky dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a bit of acetone, some perfumey fruit, and light oak. Flavour has harsh acetone, acidic blueberry skins, and light balsamic. Way too acetic, with tart blueberry skins on the finish. Rather harsh and difficult to drink, but not too bad.

Dark red-brown, really nice cherry oud bruin notes. A bit acetic, definitely tannic, but with rich malts, wood and cherry. Really nice.

Hazy, pale, bubbly. On the nose, has a nice brett, and woody accent. Sharp tartness, lots of barrel, and then there’s a touch of pale malt. Has a nice character.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy blond colour. Strong aroma, some manure, diaper, citrus fruit. Aggressively sour, astringent, puckery, lemony.
Ok, but nothing complex, just aggressive acidity.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, medium acidity and a little oak. Flavour is quite acetic, with lots of tart citrus, oak, and vinegar. Quite acetic on the finish. Meh.
