Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours dark brown with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, yeast, vinegar, red berries, wood, tart fruit. Flavor is sour, malt, wood, oak, vinegar, red berries. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 110518

Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 11/05/18. Light haze on a pinkish pour with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is prickly green berries, funk, damp straw, grains. Taste comprises tarte raspberries, funk, pissy citric shreds, berry pips, funk, balsa wood, pink berry sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow acidic bite. Decent enough sour.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Almost clear pale gold beer, no head. Light and very dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Lemon acid. Maybe a little winey vibe, hard to get past the acid. Very dry finish. Too sharp by far.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Hazy cherry red beer, small pink head. Very dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Lemon acid! Maybe some berry fruits underneath but who cares? Finishes super dry with more lemon acid. Undrinkable.

On tap at MBCC, Yellow Session, 6.1 % abv. Filmy layer, misty golden body, crocheted lacing. Mid-tart apples and peaches on the nose. Green apples to the taste profile, sour fruity hints to the ending. Okay cleanser. (Copenhagen 11.05.2018).

0,05l from tap at MBCC Gold only Session. yellow / lightly purpelish color, small white head. smells citric, earthy, herbal, estragon, grassy, marzipan, nutty, bit weird but also nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, herbal, estragon, bit peppery, spices, lactic, ginger. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of ginger, citrus and herbal notes. rather nice one, rather lactic finish, balance of the blend is a bit weird (flavours all over the place) but I also rather like it. good one 7, 4, 7, 3, 16
