750ml capped bottle, brewed December 2015, bottled January 2017.
Pours a clear red with an inch of foam that dissipates quickly. No lacing to speak of.
Big grape wine sour nose. Oak barrel aging noticeable with a hint of funk.
Grape and some vinegar sourness, oaky kinda funky taste. Could be some sour apple here as well.
Just inside medium bodied territory, nice level of carbonation.
Tasty sour.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a yellow color, fairly clear, a medium white head. A big citrus lemon woody nose. Vinous, lemons, fairly sour, sharp at times. Solid.

Bottle of our BSG Grand tasting. Pours out Golden Top with a small fizzy White head. Nose is big passion fruit upfront some Sour lemon zest. Taste is more of a nice big passion fruit juice and sour Citrus kick over all enjoyable

Bottle at RBSG. Pours out of hazy straw color tops with a small white head. Aroma is Light Citrus some white grapes a little funky Oak. Taste is more of the grapes light sour notes and some citrus.

RBSG 17 Grand Tasting. Milky pale golden, small airy head. Aroma is sour funk and white grapes. Taste is more of the grapes, yeast, funk. Medium pucker.

Bottle at RBSG. Hazy yellow color with a persistent white head. Lively aroma is fruity and bright. Deep fruit flavors of the passionfruit before a heavy lactic sour end. Finishes dry and lingering tart. Nice level of acidity.
