Pint can from the brewery, 4/25/21. Hazy red amber, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, stone fruit. Taste is piiney hops, toffee, stone fruit. Moderate, nearly strong bitterness. Well balanced. Nice.

Huh. The current commercial description says we make this... at the tap. But this a canned version. Pint can from the brewery, 4/25/21. Near black, thin fizzy head (even with a vigorous pour), poor retention. Aroma of strong cinnamon, maple, chocolate. Taste is sweet maple, milk chocolate, cinnamon. Full bodied, slick, very sweet. Drinkable, but a pint of this will be way too much.

Keg at the brewery, 4.24.21. Dark brown large brown head good retention. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, mild roast. Taste is roast, chocolate, piney hops. Something fruity. Oily texture, fairly strong bitterness. Decent.

Keg at the brewery, 4.24.21. Hazy gold large tan head good retention. Aroma of floral hops, mango. Taste is grapefruit, tropical fruit, mild resin. Decent balance, moderate bitterness. Solid.
