Aromas are malt, honey, wet grain, cut grass and a hint of barnyard. Flavors are similar to nose and bittersweet up front with a slight sweet finish. Okay body and carbonation. Okay beer.

Pint can, 12/19/24. Slightky hazy gold, large white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, citrus. Taste is strong citrus, tea, pale malt. Juicy, decent balance.

Keg at Hop Yard Ale Works, 11/11/21. Clear amber, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of citrus, resin, lemongrass, dank. Taste is grapefruit, resin, lemongrass, really... all the citrus. Moderate bitterness, well balanced. Very nice.

Pint can from the brewery, 5.24.21. Dark brown large frothy tan head good retention. Aroma of roast, cherry, lactose. Taste is chocolate, roast, lactose, cherry. Well balanced, decent body. Could use just a touch less sweetness but pretty good beer.
