ABV: 11.7%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, cake, sweet malt, spicy, vanilla, coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, cake, sweet malt, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, rich. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211022]

Draft pour at Snallygaster. Poured a slightly hazy red color with a small off-white head. Aroma was big raspberries, light tart lime. Really nice fruity character here - easy to drink, with some light acidic notes that are cut a bit by a pleasant fruit.

Pours black, no real head. Scent is very full, sweet, vanilla, coco. No real maple. Very candy like. Taste is full, sweet, caramel, chocolate. Mild alcohol. cookies, candy. Very sweet . Some cinnamon - not overpowering.
