Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with and awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the modestely bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft, and not aggressive. Amazing Mi Copper, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of blackberry, blackcurrant, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly acidic, and lightly zesty/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an incredible fruited milkshake sour. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of blackberry, blackcurrant, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; fantastic soft feel. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy fruit, and Lacto complexity; with a great balanced lactose, and wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected. Love the whole series.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a glowing, hazy gold with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Arugula, pithy citrus and turnip greens on the nose. Green pineapple, mineral and citrus zest on the palate. Dry with lingering stone fruit. Great bitterness to balance out the tropical fruit.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Dank aromas with lots of white grapefruit and pith. Juicy palate, no perceived bitterness or hopburn. Tangerine, mango and pineapple that lingers. Super smooth and crushable. Very impressive.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a hazy slightly murky gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Leafy hops with dank citrus, mango, dragon fruit and lychee. More dank as it warms. Leafy bitterness, pine and citrus pith. Mango skin that lingers.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a hazy plum color with a finger of pink foam that dissiaptes. Huge blackberry aromas with açaí and dark plum. Dried plum, blackberry vinous, tannic Cabernet notes on the palate. Bone dry, light Shiraz with more full-bodied açaí. Insanely good.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Big, pungent dank citrus aromas with mango, pine and pineapple notes. Creamy and juicy palate with prickly pear, lychee & dank pineapple. I'm not sure what happened to the ABV in this one either...very well hidden. Lingering pine and tropical fruit.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers, then dissipates. Tons of passion fruit / guava on the nose, faint coconut as it warms. Guava dominates on the palate, as it warms more passion fruit alongside tropical fruit salad. Insanely crushable.
