Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright golden orange, no head. Aroma is bizarre, with intense smoke, honey nectar and apple wood. Flavour is rich, with intense smoke, apple wood, and syrupy honey nectar. Too smoky and brutal. It's alright.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma brings out intense red wine, honey nectar, and syrupy notes. Flavour is very syrupy and boozy, with lots of red wine, intense honey, and syrupy notes. Viscous and over the top, but lacking nuance and balance. Good but not amazing.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is on the drier side for a mead, with subdued rosemary and wildflower honey. Flavour is rich and medium sweet, with tons of wildflower honey and light-medium sweetness on the finish. Good stuff.
